No unspecified Credit and Recognition of Prior Learning found
For students commencing 2020 Semester 1 intake onward. As an international student from an AHPRA non-recognised country but with a current active nursing registration, you will be eligible to apply for 16 units (240 credit points) of advanced standing into the C33.6 Bachelor of Science (Nursing). To assist in your transition to nursing in the Australian healthcare system, you will undertake, free of charge, a short International Adaptation Program; during which there will be an informal assessment of your level of clinical skills.
The granting of Advanced Standing for an International Registered Nurse requires evidence of current valid registration.
The credit specified does not apply to students who are registered in an AHPRA recognised country as defined within AHPRA English language skills registration standards. Recognised countries are Australia, United States, United Kingdom, Canada, New Zealand, the Republic of Ireland and South Africa.
